Global HR management services provider, Ma Foi has been roped in by United Nations Children’s Fund to help it in carrying out development work based projects in India’s northern state of Jharkhand. Under the project, Ma Foi would serve HR management and consulting needs of UNICEF such as finding qualified persons for carrying out these projects. The 8 programmes for which the firm would extend its expertise include Child Development and Nutrition programme, Education, Advocacy and Behaviour Change Communication programmes. In addition to that, Ma Foi’s area of work would also include providing assistance for performance evaluation of the contracted staff and other such services related to management of human resources.
