Sandeep is currently the APAC HR Manager for Rakuten, a Japanese MNC, and comes with extensive experience in HR M&A, Change Management and HR-Business Partner roles. He started his corporate career with IBM after completing a stint with the Indian Air Force. Sandeep has most recently in 2016 -17 led the transition & setting up the Rakuten India Development Centre as Head HR, which has now become the largest tech center outside of Japan.
Jen spent eight years in real estate, with six years in commercial leasing and facility management. She is now the leasing director of Figari handling leasing and business development.
