Mr. S. Mahalingam was the Chief Financial Officer of Tata Consultancy Services Limited. Mr. Mahalingam joined TCS in 1970. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of CMC Americas Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of the CMC Limited. He has also been an Executive Director and on the Board of several subsidiaries of TCS. He has been an Non Independent Non-Executive Director at CMC Limited since January 14, 2010. Mahalingam serves on the Board of Directors of Tata Reality and Infrastructure Limited.
