Anu Oza is a visiting faculty at Great Lakes Institute of Management and has 20 years of work experience in Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Her experience is diverse: she has worked in the for-profit, government and non-profit sectors. She is a Principal Consultant with Innobridge Consulting. A graduate of Harvard, the London School of Economics and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Anu has held senior leadership roles in both consulting and industry.
Rashi is a SIMS Alumni. She currently works with Lupin Pharmaceuticals. She has a diverse and rich experience in various facets of HR and across sectors and geographies. Prior to Lupin, Rashi worked with Infosys the Business Partner HR Manager. She has won many awards the most recent being the “Are You In The List – Future Leaders in HR Award” for this year.
