Leena Nair is global senior vice-president for leadership and organisation development at Unilever. She graduated from XLRI- Xavier School of Management and worked from Unilever's Indian branch since 1992. With her appointment as Executive Director-HR in June 2007, she became the first woman on the Management Committee of Hindustan Unilever Limited.
