He has over 30 years of industry experience in the field of strategic management, environment analysis, talent Sourcing, talent management, and talent development. He has also worked in operations, spearheading several greenfield projects for Tata Motors. He is a B.Tech,in engineering and strategic management from IIT, BHU.
