Concreting equipment manufacturer Ajax Engineering has appointed Joseph Peeris as its chief human resources officer. He will be based in Bengaluru and will report to Shubhabrata Saha, Managing Director and CEO of the company.

As a CHRO, Peeris will be responsible for spearheading the company's human resource function. He will also contribute to the strategic growth and development of the organisation. 

Peeris comes with more than 26 years of experience in the human resource field. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at AJAX Engineering Pvt Ltd !,” he wrote on Linkedin.

Joseph’s expertise lies in guiding and executing business focussed people solutions that drive tangible results through the alignment of people and culture.

Previously, he worked with organisations like ELGI Equipment, Vedanta Resources, Hinduja Group - Ashok Leyland, Jindal Steel and Power, and Renault Nissan Alliance India.

Peeris holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
