Bajaj Housing Finance has recently onboarded Sayantani Dutta as the Chief of Human Resources and Administration. A versatile HR professional with more than 20 years of industry experience in prominent organisations, Sayantani joined Bajaj Housing Finance in March. She is based in Pune.

In her new role, Sayantani is responsible for partnering with businesses to steer the company’s people agenda.

A solution-driven HR partner Sayantani is equipped to handle the entire gamut of HR, ranging from employee development, talent management, organisation design, and rewards.

Before joining Bajaj Housing Finance, Sayantani previously worked with GE Capital, Walmart, Vodafone, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. She holds an MBA in HR from XIMB, Bhubaneshwar.  In her recent role with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sayantani was responsible for creating and delivering talent solutions to attract, retain, and reward the best talent.
