Nitin Khindria has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of management and consulting firm Dalmia Biz.

Seasoned HR professional with more than two decades of experience in corporate and manufacturing plants, Khindria has experience in handling people issues in multiple units and locations.

Earlier, he has been involved in organisation restructuring and design - aligning HR and its policies, practices and initiatives with organisation vision and business objective. His expertise lies in strengthening HR department – adopting technology, employee retention and engagement (blue and white collar), capability building.

An executive Diploma holder in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, Khindria will be based in Delhi and will report to Sanjay Dalmia, Chairman, Dalmia Biz.

He has joined Dalmia Biz from Balaji Action Buildwell Action Tesa where he worked as GM HR.  Nahar Industrial Enterprises, Sonalika Tractors, and Mahindra and Mahindra are other companies where Khindria worked in various capacities.
