End-to-end technology-enabled logistics solutions provider Ecom Express has appointed Prashant Khullar as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Khullar has confirmed his appointment on social media post. “I’m pleased to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ecom Express Limited!,” reads a Linkedin post.

Based in Gurugram, Khullar will be serving more than 50,000 employees at Ecom Express together with a team of over 200 HR professionals.

Khullar is a human resource leader with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and strong people connect creating competitive advantage for the organisation by aligning, simplifying & balancing HR processes to deliver the bottom line.

An HR leader with more than two decades of experience, Khullar’s core strengths are strategic HR; talent acquisition, compensation & benefits structuring, leadership & talent development; etc.

Previously, Khullar worked with Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Mahindra Holidays, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) among others in various capacities. He was the Founder & CEO of “nerv2serv Learning Company.

Khullar who holds an MBA from the SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, started his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as Management Intern – Hotel Operations.
