Fincare Small Finance Bank has appointed Mr Srinath Sathyanarayana as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In his new role at Fincare SFB, Srinath will lead the bank’s technology function and will report to Nilesh Sangoi , who is the Chief Information Officer.

Prior to Fincare SFB, Srinath has worked with Infosys Technologies for 10 years in the core banking product vertical before joining Capgemini in 2015 as Senior Director and Practice Lead for Banking. He has experience of over 21 years in spearheading large scale digital transformation, Portfolio Management, P & L Management, Digital Services Solutions, Digital Strategy & Roadmap set-up, Global Service Assurance, Cost Optimization Initiatives, Product Lifecycle and Service Delivery Management and Business development, among others.

Speaking on the appointment Nilesh Sangoi, CIO, Fincare Small Finance Bank said: “Given the vast domain experience that Srinath brings to the table, I am confident that he will play a value-adding role in supporting the growth journey of the Bank. 

He also said that Srinath carries deep tech-knowledge and insights that are aligned to the bank’s digital orientation and the company wishes him all the success in his new role.
