GD Goenka Group has appointed Varun Reddy Sevva as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With a career of over 14 years across industry verticals, Sevva brings with him a vast pool of knowledge and experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development.

Sevva possesses significant expertise in talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. He has played a crucial role in mentoring start-ups,  and naged HR operations for Device Solutions at Samsung Electronics, where he earned multiple accolades. In addition, he introduced innovative HR initiatives to bolster employee satisfaction and organisational productivity during his stint with Apollo Tyres.
