India-based fintech platform MobiKwik has appointed Swati Singh as the company’s new HR head. In her new role, Swati has been tasked with the responsibilities of the people and culture agenda of the organisation.

Swati who joined MobiKwik from Genpact has confirmed her appointment on Linkedin. “Starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at MobiKwik!”

She is a seasoned HR professional with more than two decades of experience in engineering comprehensive HR functions while collaborating with various teams. Swati has expertise in HR business partnering and operations. 

Her specialties lie in strategising and implementing HR models to support matrix org structure. People strategy, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, employee relations, and retention planning are other expertise of Swati.

Other than Genpact, Swati previously worked with SOTI as Director Human Resources – APAC. Johnson Controls, Questa Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Initto Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., HCL Comnet Limited, Shradha HRD, and Vertex Inc in various roles and responsibilities.

An alumnus of NMIMS, Swati completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from IMC, Delhi.
