In a key leadership transition, IndiaFirst Life Insurance has announced the appointment of a new CEO and MD.

The insurance company has elevated Rushabh Gandhi as the MD & CEO for five consecutive years with effect from July 1, 2024, or the date of regulatory approval(s), whichever is later.

Gandhi has succeeded R M Vishakha, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), who will superannuate from the services of the Company on June 30.

The Board of IndiaFirst Life Insurance has approved the appointment of Rushabh Gandhi as MD and CEO who is presently working as Deputy CEO.

Gandhi who brings a wealth of experience in this role to drive growth and profitability, is known for his sharp business acumen and strategic thinking coupled with a fair and humane approach.
