Jakson Group promotes Radhika Arora as Group Chief People Officer
Before joining Jakson Group, Radhika worked with Sony as Head – of Talent Acquisition, OD & Learning.
Jakson Group, a solar power company, has elevated Radhika Arora as its Group Chief People Officer.
Based in Noida, Radhika comes with 19 years of experience in enhancing business through HR strategy & practices.
She started her association with Jakson Group in 2020 and most recently served as the Group CHRO.
Before joining Jakson Group, Radhika worked with Sony as Head – of Talent Acquisition, OD & Learning.
Besides Sony, Radhika also worked with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited as Dy. Manager HR – OD & Recruitment and Spectrum Placements.
She holds her PGDBM, Specialization – in HR & Marketing from the M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management and completed her Bachelor of Science from St. Johns Degree College.
