Mohan Sitaram joins Shadowfax as chief human resources officer

Shadowfax Technologies, a crowdsourced third-party logistics platform for last-mile delivery, has announced the appointment of Mohan Sitaram as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). 

This comes as a strategic move to help the organisation enhance talent and organisational capabilities.

Sitaram comes with more than 25 years of HR experience in banking, IT services and product companies. He has been on leadership roles for organisations with different business models, led significant expansion, growth, restructuring and cultural transformation. 

In the past he has worked for Mindtree, HCL, Subex and ANZ group. Sitaram is also on board of Whiteswan Foundation, a not-for-profit company with the largest knowledge repository on mental health in India with more than a million users.

“Mohan being well rounded HR professional will help us build our agenda around growth, performance excellence and talent experience. I am confident that he will bring in maturity to the leadership team as speed and scale determine our next orbit.
