Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach & The Bheemili Resort managed by Accor has appointed Sai Kumar P as Talent & Culture Manager.

In his new role, he is responsible for the overall functions of Human Resources at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort. Previously, he worked with ITC Hotels, The Den, and Marriott International in various capacities.

He holds an MBA focused on Human Resource Management & Sales and Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
