Bengaluru: Flipkart, India's largest ecommerce firm, has appointed former Tata Communication's executive Sanjiv Saddy as senior vice-president of corporate affairs and business development. 

Saddy will be responsible for building relations with stakeholders and the government. He will also help the tax team with policy and administrative issues and assist in real estate and business development. 

A chartered accountant, Saddy has over 30 years of experience in tax, corporate governance, real estate and administration. He will report to Chief Financial Officer Sanjay Baweja.
