Experiential gifting and rewards platform, GiftXOXO, has appointed Hey Bob co-founder, Vishal Kumar BM as their Sales Lead for special projects. Vishal will focus on driving sales and growing business through strategic sales functions.

Kushal Agarwal, Co-Founder of GiftXOXO said, “I know Vishal from half a decade, he is an enterprising person. He was able to reach unit profitability in one of his previous entrepreneurial venture HeyBob. He has phenomenal execution skills and I'm sure he will bring huge value in Sales and Marketing aspects at GiftXOXO.”

Vishal’s role at GiftXOXO will be critical for the growth of their Long Service Awards program that revolves around retaining employees for a longer period and recognizing people who have given long years of service to the company. The main objective is to not only recognize these people who are the company’s assets but to also make sure they are rewarded justly.  

He comes with over 10 years of experience in brand management and marketing. He joined GiftXOXO after a successful stint as a Co-Founder at Hey Bob, a bike taxi service startup that had operations in Mumbai and Bangalore. He has also worked with retail giants such as Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Vision Express and Reliance Centre to name a few.

Vishal said, “I am very excited about joining GiftXOXO. This startup is helping in improving the process of experience gifting in contrast to traditional gifting. Especially when it comes to corporate space, GiftXOXO I believe has come as a savior to the HR managers making their jobs easier and simpler.” 

After completing his masters in Marketing and Consumption, he went on to join Reliance Vision Express as a Brand Manager. He has also worked as a Marketing Manager at Primacy Industries (Part of ‘The Manipal Group’) and later as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini.
