Prashant Bhatnagar has joined Hike Messenger as Senior Director- People & Culture. Prashant in his new role will be responsible for acquiring and enabling talent to work towards the goal of the organization which is to revolutionize the mobile messaging. Hike which was founded in 2012 by Kavin Bharti Mittal and claims to have 100 million users and 40 billion messages are sent through the application per month.

Prashant is an MBA from ENPC School of International Management, Paris and has also attended leadership programs at Indian School of Business and Harvard Business School. He joins hike with experience of leading and working with multi-cultural teams across Staffing, Talent Management and Mobility.

Prior to this appointment, Prashant was the Vice President of Sapient.  He was the member of India Leadership team and was responsible for the development and execution of talent strategy. It was under his leadership  that Sapient was named as Best in Employer Branding and in Candidate Experience. He has also been recognized as HR Tech Leader of the year by World HRD Congress.

Prashant started his career with Xansa as staffing lead and later joined Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as Head of Talent Engagement and led the Talent Acquisition.
