L&T Info to hire joint CEOs by month end

L&T Infotech, the unlisted subsidiary of country's largest engineering and construction company L&T, is looking to hire joint CEOs once again, a management structure that has fallen out of fashion in the rest of the industry but one that gives the parent company's chairman AM Naik a great deal of control at the mid-sized IT player. The Mumbai-based company, which reported revenues of 4,643 crore for the year ending March 2014, and counts Citibank and Chevron as its big customers, saw its joint CEOs Vivek Chopra and Mukesh Aghi leave the company last month, two years after they were appointed.
