Web and mobile-based classifieds platform OLX India has made a host of senior leadership announcements, including naming its new finance, operations and human resources heads, the company said. OLX, which is backed by South African media giant Naspers, has appointed Irwin Anand, formerly chief growth officer at its India unit, as its new chief operating officer for OLX India.

It has also named Suresh Krishnan, former executive director and vice president - Finance at Accor Hotels, as its chief financial officer, while Joyeeta Chatterjee, former director - Human Resources at Sun Pharmaceutical, has joined as its chief human resources officer, according to an official statement. "I joined OLX to become a part of a big data, internet, and technology-based company that is challenging traditional business models. Opportunity to work with a whole new generation of employees, who are entrepreneurial, mavericks, and very smart, and knowing that I am their people-practice nurturer and custodian makes me proud," said Joyeeta Chatterjee, the new chief human resources officer at OLX India.
