Former Shipping Corporation of India chairman and managing director, S Hajara has joined the ship operation and maintenance company Doehle Danautic India as Chief Advisor. His key responsibilities will be M&A, investor relations, corporate secretarial functions, and fiscal management. He was the CMD of SCI for seven years before he retired on December 31, 2012.
