Mondelez unveils new gender-agnostic parent policy

At the office of chocolate manufacturing company Mondelez India, a father of a 10-year-old purposefully walked up to the human resources director recently and asked if he could take his 10-day paternity leave with retrospective effect. At the company, not just women, but men too can benefit from the 'New Parents Policy'. While he didn't get the leave with retrospective effect, the company hopes a lot of fathers will take advantage of this policy.
