Flexibility, career growth key to hire, retain generation Z staff

In order to attract and retain generation Z employees, those born after 1990s, organisations should offer flexible timing, career growth and learning opportunities, a study says. According to the TimesJobs' Hiring and Engaging Gen Z study, particular traits such as liking towards flexible timing and preference of career growth over salary must be leveraged by organisations in order to engage and retain them.
