Ramesh Nair, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the property consultant Colliers India, reportedly resigned from his post. According to reports, his resignation has come into effect immediately.

Nair, who joined Colliers India in July 2021 from JLL, has resigned to take up some external opportunities. However, his resignation is yet to be confirmed officially.

As the CEO of Colliers India, he led a diverse team of 3,000 dedicated and well-connected professionals in 11 offices, who delivered real-estate solutions to domestic and multinational occupiers, owners, and investors across India.

He was also responsible for the overall direction, strategy, and growth of Colliers India.

Colliers is a diversified professional service and investment management company advising real estate occupiers, owners, and investors.
