KNOLSKAPE appoints Kulwant Bardh as APAC CEO 

This is the perfect time for Kulwant Bardh to head KNOLSKAPEs APAC operations

Singapore: Gamification and simulation software company KNOLSKAPE appointed Kulwant Bardh as the company's new CEO of the APAC region.

KNOLSKAPE's founder and CEO Rajiv Jayaraman said, “This is the perfect time for Kulwant Bardh to head KNOLSKAPE’s APAC operations. We’ve selected a very strong leader at a time when KNOLSKAPE is in a very strong position. Today’s pace of change in the Learning and Development field is exponential. Every company, city and country is becoming digital, navigating disruptive markets, and KNOLSKAPE’s role in unlocking the potential of professionals across the globe and take up new challenges has never been more important.”

Kulwant Bardh said, "I am honored to have been asked to take this role, and excited about the possibilities that lie in our future." He will be based out of Singapore and will primarily focus on the APAC region, building client relationships and developing comprehensive partner ecosystem. “We operate in an exciting market that requires constant focus on the ability to accelerate. From his past experience which are detailed below, Kulwant has shown that he is unique in his ability to translate vision and strategy into world-class execution, bringing together teams and ecosystems to drive results. He has an incredible ability to inspire, energize, and connect with employees, partners, customers and global leaders," said Jayaraman.

In his statement, Bardh said, “Recent studies show that corporate training is a $300 billion industry and is expected to become $450 billion in 2017 primarily propelled by the demand for experiential and mobile learning technologies. KNOLSKAPE, through its innovative culture, strong talent and deep experience in creating simulations and immersive gamification learning products and platforms, is well-positioned to tap new opportunities emerging during this time of rapid technology adoption in corporate learning. We could be looking at disruptive innovation which could change the whole paradigm of learning and I look forward to working with the entire KNOLSKAPE team as we embark on this exciting journey and establish a global footprint as one of the most formidable innovative learning companies in the world to emerge by the end of this decade.”
