KPMG Global Services has elevated Rupesh Tripathi as Partner and Head of People. Earlier, he was leading the people function for the company.

Tripathi comes with over 20 years of experience across industries and a wide range of HR verticals. Before joining KPMG in 2019, he was Head of HR - India at IHS Markit and was in charge of articulating and driving HR strategy and service delivery for the India entity for more than three years.

Previously, Tripathi also worked at Accenture for over five years, where he was Vice President and HR Service Delivery Lead - India Business and later assumed the role of Vice President and HR Service Delivery Lead - India Business and Capability Network. He has also looked after various HR operations of companies like Markit, Bharti Retail (Easyday), Bank of America Continuum Solutions, and Citibank.

An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur Rupesh’s expertise consists of HR Business Partnership, HR Consulting, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. It is this vast expertise that KPMG is hoping to leverage with his elevation.
