In order to reduce its losses and become IPO ready, Flipkart has undertaken a management reorganization initiative. Under the new structure, the company will be split into three verticals for bringing a sharper focus on its strategy. The span of responsibilities of the co-founders Sachin and Binny Bansal have been expanded under the reorganization.
