Rudratej Singh, Global President at Royal Enfield has quit with immediate effect. The company has revealed that Singh has decided to pursue opportunities outside Royal Enfield.

Royal Enfield parent company— Eicher Motors’ Chief Financial Officer, Lalit Malik is entrusted with the additional responsibility of Chief Commercial Officer.

With his resignation, the company has shared that he is ceased to be the official media spokesperson for Royal Enfield with immediate effect.

Singh joined the automaker company in the year 2015. He was responsible for handling branding, after-sales and also the development of marketing strategies for new products in domestic as well as international markets. 

During his stint, he was involved in the launch of Royal Enfield's Classic series of motorcycles that have given a new perception to the brand which was followed by various iterations of the Classic 350 and Classic 500, including the Redditch, Signal and Pegasus editions.

Malik who will foresee the Royal Enfield’s operation has been with Royal Enfield for the past eight years. Malik is an IIM Bangalore alumnus and comes with a rich experience of over 14 years. Prior to Eicher group, he has worked with companies like GE Money, EY,  and AIG Consumer Finance.
