Worldline India has announced the appointment of Jose Raj as SVP & Head of Human Resources India. Jose is succeeding Zarin Bhathena who will be retiring by end of this month.

Jose has 27 years of experience in human resource management and has strong expertise in the areas of culture transformation, employer branding, leadership and talent development and talent acquisition. 

Before joining Worldline, he worked with Vestas India as Director Human Resources and has taken leadership roles in his previous stints in AREVA India, Royal Enfield and Ford India. He is a certified coach from the Neuro Leadership Institute and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Sacred Heart College in Tamil Nadu, India. Jose is based in Chennai, India and will be reporting to Olivier Burger, Group Head of Human Resources.
