KPMG & IICA announce board effectiveness programme

The KPMG Governance Institute, one of the outreach arms of KPMG Academy along with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is offering a two day programme which is aimed at renewed learning and sensitization of Directors of corporate boards. The programme will be iterative in character drawing upon some of the finest members of the profession from the world of practice, corporate governance and policy making. Inaugurated by U.K. Sinha, Chairman, SEBI the programme is directed by globally acclaimed Dr Vinayshil Gautam. Commenting about the programme, Richard Rekhy, CEO, KPMG in India said “KPMG is pleased to launch this programme in association with IICA. We believe this programme will help spread wider awareness and a sense of higher responsibility in the effective functioning of boards”.
