In an initiative that could change the way consumer internet companies hire resources, Basil Advisors — a Gurgaon-based talent advisory company — is teaming up with assessment firm Aspiring Minds to train 10,000 field executives and bikers; operations staff for fulfilment centres and taxi drivers for tech companies by the year-end.
