Many Indian companies are adopting theater-based training to train their leaders, according to an Economic Times news report. Companies are using it for everything from behavioural adaptation, change management and leadership skills development to handling cultural and personal issues. A number of theatre-based corporate training firms have sprung up in the past three years.
