Faber-Castell files for damages against former executive

The German stationery maker, Faber-Castell has filed for damages against its former executive, Anup Bhaskaran Rana, for helping rival businesses amounting to Rs. 75 crore. In a case filed in Bombay High Court, the stationery maker states that Rana, who was the former MD, colluded with competitors, such as Shachihata India, resulting in losses of 75 crore.
