The improved job market is fuelling renewed optimism in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector. A survey of middle and top-level executives in the sector has revealed that almost two-thirds of the respondents expect a hike of more than 30% while switching jobs while another 75% don't want to change their industry.
