Middle manager seek new jobs within 1-2 years
According to a new study released by LinkedIn, “Life of a Professional” about 52 per cent of the total number of professionals with 1-10 years of experience in India consider moving to another job within two years. About 23 per cent in this group said that they’ll wait for 2 years before asking for a promotion. In addition, 63% mid-career professionals in India ranked better career opportunities slightly higher than their counterparts in Asia Pacific* (60%).
