Nasser Munjee reappointed part-time chairman
The board of directors of DCB Bank Ltd at its meeting held on September 5, 2014, has reappointed Nasser Munjee as part-time chairman for a further period of three years with effect from August 19, 2014, till August 18, 2017. In a notice to the BSE, the private sector bank said Munjee’s reappointment is pursuant to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India.
