Small towns attract young executives

A recent trend is emerging in the Indian employment space with many young executives preferring to work in small towns as opposed to metro cities. Consequently, many Indian and global setups are setting up shop in non-metro cities, such as Vadodara, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, and Jamshedpur. Cheaper cost of living and lower amount of stress are cited as the primary reasons behind young executives preferring to work in smaller non-metro cities.
