Virtusa wins Asia's Best Employer Award 2014

Virtusa Corporation won the Asia’s Best Employer Award 2014 under ‘Best HR Strategy in line with Business’ category. For the 2nd consecutive year, Virtusa has been recognized for pushing the boundaries of HR best practices and its contributions to the development of the HR practice in Asia. Hailed as one of the most prestigious awards in the region, it was presented by Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group. Using gamification, Virtusa has successfully enhancing employee engagement and productivity, allowing it to attract and retain 86% of digitally savvy Millennial generation of employees. Gamification techniques such as hiring contests, scorecards, leader boards and badges are frequently used at Virtusa to establish performance benchmarks, augment sales and client delivery and transform every employee to a brand ambassador.
