Eyeing the skilling, talent development and staffing space, HCL has launched HCL Talent-Care to bridge the gap between the available and required talent pool in verticals like information technology, banking, insurance and healthcare. HCL is also banking on the acquisition route to fill future gaps in its content, technology solutions and staffing expertise.
