Change or transformation need not be looked at as a necessary action after something disruptive happens. Real transformation comes when an organization has a wider perspective and the proactive attitude of driving a change looking at its new goals and connecting them to all other internal systems and processes. HR can play a key role in enabling a holistic trasformation through connecting all the elements in an organization.
