Ahead, an enterprise based in Chicago, has revealed its foray into the Indian market by establishing its first service delivery office in Gurugram. The company has plans to recruit over 750 employees in India by 2025.

Ahead, a Chicago-based enterprise, revealed its entry plan into the Indian market. The company established its inaugural service delivery office in Gurugram and has set its sights on employing more than 750 professionals in the country by the year 2025.

"We are thrilled about the opportunities India presents for both our clients and our team. We plan to hire 750+ employees in India by 2025 across levels. This important step is a testament to our commitment to delivering impactful results to our clients, and we look forward to continuing to innovate and grow in the Indian market," Ahead India Vice President and Managing Director Praveen Grover said in a statement, reported Business Standard.

Ahead's hiring efforts in India will encompass various levels and roles, including data analysts, data engineers, cloud security analysts, cloud network engineers, operations personnel, marketing professionals, and HR personnel. 

Looking ahead, by the conclusion of 2024, Ahead India has set its sights on employing a substantial number of associates, thereby reinforcing and expanding its presence in the region. 

According to the same report, the company will prioritise the development of its managed services, digital solutions, security, data centre, network, and enterprise service management practices. 

This strategic focus aims to provide clients with top-notch technology and expertise, empowering them to propel their businesses towards growth.
