Kimbal Technologies formerly known as Crystal has named Jaya Suri as CHRO. With extensive HR experience across consulting, services, manufacturing, and education sectors, Jaya has served as a strategic business partner, driving the organisation's people strategy.

Her expertise lies in talent management, engagement and development, and building employee value propositions for diverse workforces.

Before being named CHRO, Jaya worked with Kimbal Technologies as a leader people and culture. She joined Kimbal in June 2023. Lixil Asia, Gus Global Services, and Kohler are other organisations where she worked previously.
