It is opening a state of the art development center in Chennai to house 4,500 employees in order to support its ITO and BPO growth. In addition to its highly talented work-force of 6500+, HTC Global Services plans to recruit 10,000 employees globally over the next few years. The new facility situated in Vandalur, will provide outsourced services for many of HTC Global Services’ clients. This new facility will also be equipped with HTC Global Services’ best practices using in-house tools and technology, frameworks, and reusable proprietary components.
