Jaikrishna is a graduate in Economics, and a first rank holder in post graduation in Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management from the Madras School of Social Work-University of Madras. He started his career in 1990 as a Management Trainee in the Murugappa Group and after various stints in Plant IR, HR and Corporate HR in multiple businesses, he moved upto become the Head HR of one of the businesses. After 14 years of service in the Murugappa Group, he then moved on to C K Birla Group as their General Manager of Group Corporate HR.
Bhaswati Bhattacharyya is a Product Marketer at Keka, an employee experience HR platform. Passionate about economics, Bhaswati also loves storytelling. She has a keen interest in start-ups, food and travel. In her 'me time' she picks up fiction novels, tries different cuisines or explores routes to less-traveled places on the world map.
Sudhish Ramakrishna Shetty became Executive Director of Operations at Time Inc. India in July 2016. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and production units in India. Since joining Time Inc. India six years ago, his efforts have helped streamline ad operations services to achieve higher customer satisfaction. He has also created and implemented long-term plans based on detailed analysis to provide significant improvements in business processes and customer service delivery.
Paul Wolfe is SVP of Human Resources at Indeed. He oversees all global human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee retention, compensation, benefits, and employee development.
Mr. Wolfe has over 15 years of experience as a human resources executive having served as a VP and SVP at number of well-known companies, including Match.com, Orbitz, Conde Nast and Ticketmaster. Monika Vaswani is currently pursuing PGPM in Human Resources from IIM Raipur. My domain interests include Recruitment, Culture, Performance Management. I am also the Batch Representative for 2016-18 batch.
I have previously worked with State Bank of India as Probationary Officer and also as a Trainer/Faculty at Triumphant Institute of Management Education-T.I.M.E. I have also been a volunteer with Make a Difference and HR Head at Gramiksha (a non-profit). Recently I also represented my institution at South Korea as a part of Indian Youth Delegation overlooked by Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs.
