Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance has announced the appointment of Saba Adil as chief human resource officer (CHRO).

Saba, an accomplished HR and business professional comes with over 20 years of experience. During her tenure so far, she has covered aspects of the space ranging from leading and delivering on business transformation agenda and driving cultural changes to building organisation capabilities through outcome-driven talent interventions for the business to achieve its strategy and objectives.

Saba is expected to play a pivotal role in aligning Edelweiss Tokio’s goals with its people, enabling them to realize their potential and contribute to the company’s success.

Prior to Edelweiss Tokio Life, Saba worked with Raheja QBE General Insurance Company Limited as chief people, risk, and marketing officer. Avanse Financial Services Ltd and Aegon Life were other organisations where she worked as chief people officer.

With a Masters in Human Resources, HRM, and Bachelor of Science from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Saba started her career with MGL (British Gas JV) in Human Resources.
