Digital health platform Tata 1mg has appointed Gurpreet Singh as director – human resources.

“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as director human resources at Tata 1mg!,” Singh wrote in a social media post. 

Singh joins Tata 1mg from Wingify, the makers of experimentation platform VWO, where he served as head– talent management & HR projects and lead a three member talent team to develop and drive the strategy around talent management, employee engagement and organisation effectiveness to support high business performance and growth. 

Singh comes with an extensive experience in people leadership and business partnering across high growth tech product and IT services organisations. 

His diverse experience has helped him develop expertise in talent & performance management, HR transformation, change management, project management, digital HR/technology (HRIS), organisation development, employee engagement and process design.

In his past stints, he worked with Concentrix and Indigo among others. 

Singh is an alumnus of the Management Development Institute, Gurugram and engineering graduate from Panjab University.
