A technology-focused business school Masters’ Union has appointed Esha Soni as head of human resources. She brings a wealth of knowledge and close to 15 years of industry experience. Her appointment to the post is effective from February.

In her most immediate role before Masters’ Union, Esha worked with bijnis as the Vice President of Human Resources from November 2022 to October 2023.

Before joining bijnis, Esha served as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Tata 1mg, highlighting her significant expertise in the domain. Her career trajectory also includes positions at KartRocket, OYO Rooms, Yepme.com, Quatrro, Aegis Limited, URS Certification Limited, and Syscom Softech.
