Amit Kejriwal has been appointed as Head of Performance and Rewards in Human Resources (HR) function for Reliance Nippon Life Insurance (RNLI) effective December 30, 2022.

Kejriwal comes with more than 16 years of experience in a variety of roles in HR - talent acquisition, HR business partnering, rewards - in diverse sectors with profound companies like HDFC Bank, Reliance Digital Retail, and Indus Towers.

Previously he was Lead - Rewards for Consumer Banking Businesses (Retail Businesses) at HDFC Bank.

Kejriwal was awarded the Top 40 Under 40 HR Emerging Leaders in 2022 by The Economic Times. 

An MBA in Human Resources from XLRI in Jamshedpur (2009 batch), Kejriwal graduated from St. Xavier's College in Ranchi with degree in computer applications.
